Return & Refund Policy – Hollent Wireless

Thank you for shopping with Hollent Wireless. As a trusted Value-Added Reseller of Motorola Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that returns and refunds are an essential part of business transactions, and our policy aims to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Custom-configured or special-order items may not be eligible for returns.

  • Defective items may be eligible for replacement per manufacturer warranty guidelines.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@hollent.com.

  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returned items.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

  • Motorola Solutions products come with manufacturer warranties. Any warranty claims should be directed to Motorola Solutions or through Hollent Wireless if applicable.

  • Customers can refer to Motorola’s warranty terms for specific details on repairs and replacements.

5. Exceptions & Limitations

  • Returns due to customer error (wrong product ordered) may be subject to additional handling fees.

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers are not eligible for returns through Hollent Wireless.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.
